Sam's Club (Greenville & Park Lane)

We will meet at 7:15 am on Saturday at David and Steven’s house at 5803 Vickery Boulevard, Dallas, Texas, 75206. The float will leave at 7:30 am to go over to the parade staging area. The float will leave without you if you are not there. You can also meet us at the staging area starting at 8:15 am. Please arrive no later than 10:15 am. We are in group two. Parking is not available at the staging area so it is recommended that you take the DART rail to the Park Lane station.

We will finish decorating the float at the staging area (located at the Sam's Club on Park and Greenville) to ensure the decorations are not damaged in transit. The parade is scheduled to start at 11:00 am (rain or shine according to the parade organizers).

The float will return to David and Steven’s house where they will host their annual St. Patrick’s Post Parade Party (which is one block away from the big street party on Lower Greenville Avenue).

Please be aware that the police will be closing down streets and limiting parking in the lower Greenville area for the street party starting at 9:00 am and parking will be limited to one side of the street on many of the streets around lower Greenville. Therefore, please arrive early on Saturday – not only to help decorate but to get a good parking space. A map showing the parking restrictions can be found here.

Also, many people have requested to park in David and Steven’s driveway. Their driveway will be used for the trailer and tow vehicle and cannot accommodate any other vehicles. Please arrive early enough to park near their house.
